Welcome to SubtitleTK (accessible via https://www.subtitletk.app). SubtitleTK provides a specialized AI-powered toolkit for extracting, translating, and downloading subtitles from YouTube and TikTok. By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Use of the Service

SubtitleTK provides users with a platform to process video content for personal or professional use. You agree to use the service in accordance with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws, particularly regarding intellectual property and copyright regulations of the source platforms (YouTube and TikTok).

3. User Accounts and Registration

Account Creation: To access features like credit balance management and activity history, you must create an account with accurate and complete information.
Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
User Responsibilities: You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Content and Intellectual Property Rights

Platform Rights: All software, UI design, and proprietary AI processing logic provided through SubtitleTK are protected under copyright law. The owner of SubtitleTK is subtitletk.app.
Output Ownership: While SubtitleTK processes the data, you are responsible for ensuring you have the legal right to extract and use content from the source videos. SubtitleTK does not claim ownership of the subtitles extracted or translated on behalf of the user.
User Responsibility for Compliance: Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of SubtitleTK complies with the Terms of Service of the source platforms (e.g., YouTube's Terms of Service and TikTok's Terms of Service). SubtitleTK is not responsible for any copyright violations resulting from user actions.
Prohibited Use: You may not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or redistribute the core technology of SubtitleTK without express authorization.

5. Credit System and Payments

Credit Model: SubtitleTK operates on a credit-based system. Each task consumes 1 Credit.
Payment Security: All financial transactions are securely handled by our third-party payment provider, Creem. SubtitleTK does not store your payment card details.
Refund Policy: Purchases of credit packages are generally non-refundable. Direct monetary refunds for purchased credit packages are generally not provided once any portion of the package has been used. However, we provide an Automatic Credit Refund if a task fails due to internal system errors. For billing disputes, please contact us within 14 days at support@digitalheirloom.app.
Pricing: Prices are subject to change with notice. You agree to pay all charges associated with your selected plan.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

Use SubtitleTK to process content that violates the copyright or privacy of third parties.
Interfere with the security or performance of the service.
Use automated scripts to bypass our rate limits or credit system.
Attempt to access the service through unauthorized interfaces.

7. Privacy and Data Collection

SubtitleTK collects data to improve your experience, including:

Account Information: Email and registration details.
Usage Details: Records of your tasks (video URLs processed).
